Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort

We had a wonderful dining experience at Gourmet Restaurant Thalassa. Every dish was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and every course was prepared with great attention to detail.

A special thank you to our waiter, Konstantinos, for his exceptional service. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. His recommendations were excellent, and he ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish.

This is our second year returning with our family, and we are already looking forward to coming back again. From the moment we arrived until the day we leave, we have been treated with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Every year we return, we feel less like guests and more like members of a big family.

He always greets everyone with a smile, remembers every detail, and makes every meal a wonderful experience. Yannis is one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back to Atrium Prestige. He is an outstanding professional, a fantastic person, and a true ambassador of hospitality.

Great experience. Food, ambience, drinks, pools, beach. The service is magnificent. All staff helpful and friendly. I would like to highlight the fantastic service of Alexandros Laliotis, guest relations manager, who has been super attentive to all our needs. We will get back!

The place was superb. Just right for a relaxing break with a teenage daughter. Summary:
Room - a little extra for the sea view was worth it. Large enough for 3. Very clean. Excellent daily cleaners.
Restaurants - all 6 are great and worth booking. Don’t bother with the app. Book them at reception on your first day.
Pool, nice but beach better. A few more beds would be nice by the pool but you can always find one at the beach.
Pool and beach bar and food - really good and served with a smile even in 30 degree heat.
Recommend the public bus to Rhodes one day.

We had an amazing time at the resort this week. The resort itself is beautiful and is immaculate with the staff being incredibly friendly. We had an especially great time with Zina who was excellent and the staff at the pool bar were also great. The resort itself was very calm and clean and the beach was stunning. I was happy that I got beach shoes at the shop as it is a bit pebbly but they are reasonably priced and the shop is very well stocked. The sea was lovely and clear and the beach was also clean. The chicken wrap at the beach for lunch is a must!

We ate out at a fair few restaurants and for the most part had excellent food (especially at the Greek and the Seafood restaurants) but the Italian was a little bit meh and the service at the grill was the one night for us that it wasn’t great.

My only reason for this being a 4 star instead of 5 star review is the air conditioning. None of the restaurants that we ate in (all bar the Asian) have adequate air con. This includes the buffet restaurant. The lobby is also stifling. There is basically nowhere to escape and have a comfortable meal if you want to get out of the heat for a while - you’ve just got to hope for a cool breeze! This was quite challenging as it was extremely warm this week so it meant that there really wasn’t any escape. The bedrooms do have air conditioning but again, it’s not particularly strong or well placed in the room and seems to be very dated.

Other than that I honestly had such a wonderful time and would visit again - maybe in a slightly cooler month!!
